Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Kipt at kipt.me. By signing in, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Kipt.

Your content is yours

Your prompts, skills and images stay in your own GitHub repo and belong to you. You give Kipt permission to read and write them only to run the app for you. Kipt handles your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Only connect repos you own or are allowed to change. Skills you import from other people keep their own licenses.

Fair use

Don't use Kipt to break the law, to store content you have no right to, or to attack, overload or get around the limits of Kipt, GitHub or any other service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Price

If we ever introduce paid plans, we will tell you before anything is charged. Nothing is charged without your agreement.

The service

Kipt is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it running and your saves safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Because your library lives in your GitHub repo, it keeps working there even if Kipt is down or changes. We may change or stop parts of Kipt over time.

To the extent the law allows, Kipt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

Ending

You can stop using Kipt at any time by uninstalling Kipt Library from your GitHub account. We may end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
